History and Lore
Tortellini is one of the most respected cats at the Straightaway subcolony of the AutoShop communities. She often intimidates the other cats and occasionally will slap/fight off the other cats until she finishes her meal. Peaches is perhaps the only exception as both cats seem to tolerate one another. She doesn’t appear fearful of Apoinsettia but isn’t friendly either and due to these traits, she tends to eat first.
Tortellini had gone missing for three to four months, which was theoretically due to the subcolony’s nearby junkyard being cleared where many cats sought refuge. During this time, Apo would perpetuate a joke that Tortellini had been banned from the stream (following threats to “ban” her due to bad behavior). The changes in the junkyard being the cause would later be confirmed as Tortellini was found in the corner of the Straightaway along with other rare and mythic cats. Rediscovering Tortellini was a fortunate turn of events as she is one of the most prominent members of the subcolony. In her absence, Oreo McFlurry and Petunia seem to be the top ranking cats. By coincidence, it was when Apoinsettia titled a Twitch stream “Tortellini is Banned from the channel” that Tortellini went missing. She is now more difficult to catch on a stream, and considerably more shy in nature.
Personality
Tortellini appears to be a calm cat. She is barely seen hissing, running, having puffy fur or growling, but still is considered temperamental. She, despite her subtle behavior, can slap the other cats out of the way. She could still been seen showing signs of aggression to cats, but for the most part keeps everything internal and acted almost emotionless. Apo would often have to distance her from the food so the others would get some, or feed her away from the other members of the colony so she doesn’t bully them. Despite this, Apo said that he could see Tortellini becoming a friendly cat in the future with more time, feeding, and trust.
Appearance
Tortellini’s name seemingly has little relevancy to her personality, and is more than likely due to the fact Tortoiseshell and Tortellini have similar soundings within the name. She is a Tortoiseshell, and the only one in the colony as of now. She has orange that covers some of her face, but is primarily dominated by a black with color freckled in.
She supposedly has similar facial features to Meeko, behind her tortie coloring which could imply a family relativity, but Tortellini is larger in size.
