History and Lore
Wolfie is openly declared as one of Apoinsettia’s ‘favorite cats’ which is considered high praise due to Apoinsettia avoiding playing favorites amongst the colonies. What once started as a rather shy, skittish, distant and even at times aggressive cat towards his peers upon his debut — Wolfie has developed to be a stoic, calm, and playful cat that primarily keeps to himself and is befriended by Apoinsettia and considered friendly.
Wolfie is a cat that resides at The Nursery Subcolony. After Apoinsettia revealed that he often referred to him as “wolf cat”, poll solidified his name with chatter catlover1375 suggesting the winning name “Wolfie”.
Personality
Wolfie has had some of the most notable development on the channel, originally being a skittish cat that could only be observed from a distance. When the unnamed white and grey would show up it was brief and often controversial due to him stealing toys (yes this did happen. more than once.) and occasionally sparking conflict with other cats.
Now Wolfie has had a complete 180 for reasons that are still unknown, maybe likely due to Wolfie just feeling comfortable with the colony, his fellow cats, and his caretaker Apoinsettia. Maybe also the fact Wolfie was originally an unneutered male and since being neutered he has calmed down.
Appearance
Wolfie, upon initially meeting, was an unneutered male and had the large cheeks intact male cats typically have. Since then Wolfie was neutered after being trapped by Apoinsettia.
Wolfie’s namesake is directly related to his appearance as Apoinsettia’s original “wolf cat” take was due to Wolfie being larger than the other cats and having the only white and grey tabby color pattern.
Wolfie is a white and grey tabby, and only one other white and grey tabby has been seen here since, an unneutered male cat that showed once and never again despite Apoinsettia searching for him, wondering if he could have any relation to Wolfie.
